In addition, you’ll receive full access to both The Sober Vacation Kickstart Guide and The Sober Vacation Transformation Experience.

Each week we’ll meet for a 60-minute live video session where we’ll review your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and set clear steps for the week ahead. These sessions are personalized, structured, and focused entirely on helping you establish (and sustain) sober momentum.

You’ll have Monday–Friday access to me via private text messaging on Voxer. This is real-time support where you can share wins, get encouragement, ask questions, or get guidance whenever something comes up during your day.

Once enrolled, you’ll receive access to my private online calendar. You can choose session times that work best for you and adjust them as needed. This gives you total flexibility while still keeping you on track.

No, The Sober Vacation Kickstart Guide and The Sober Vacation Transformation Experience are included as part of your coaching curriculumat no additional cost. We will refer to the content within both of these throughout our sessions together.

If you’ve already purchased either one, I will deduct those payments from your coaching package.

Plan for your weekly 60-minute live session plus whatever time you choose to dedicate to the insights, reflections, and small daily actions we set together. Most clients find that 20-30 minutes a day (all at once or in spurts) is enough to create meaningful momentum.

This coaching plan is designed for people who are tired of feeling stuck in the “stop-start” cycle and want a structured, supported path to taking a meaningful break from alcohol (or what I like to call, a Sober Vacation). If you want clarity, accountability, and a proven framework, this is for you.

Absolutely. The goal isn’t to decide the rest of your life today, it’s to give you 100 days of freedom from alcohol (and whatever downsides it has been causing in your life) so you can finally experience what your mind and body feel like without alcohol in the driver’s seat.

At that point, you are free to remain on Sober Vacation (as I have chosen to do indefinitely) or you could choose to go back to drinking.

To put my cards on the table, you will learn my philosophy is, our relationship with alcohol is largely a one-way street, and you will likely end up back to your same old patterns if you do choose to attempt moderation (because let's be real, you've been trying moderation for quite a while now and it's not working for you...if it was, you wouldn't be reading this :-)

A slip is not total failure, but we must acknowledge it as a set-back and not pretend it's okay. The stakes are too high to take a permissive attitude toward relapses as some sober coaches do.

If it happens, we’ll talk through what led to it, what you can learn from it, and how to get quickly back on track. The goal is steady, consistent days of sobriety stacked up one after the other.

Doing what I call "The Hokey Pokey" where you have one foot in and then one foot out with drinking will ensure you make zero progress and just waste your time and money. So my every word and action will be geared toward helping you achieve consistent sobriety for as long as we work together.

If we choose not to work together after the initial consultation, I will promptly refund your deposit. However, if you do decide to begin working with me, I generally do not offer refunds, and here is why...

When you sign up for this, in a way I am getting more than one client. There is the part of you who wants to change, that voice of self-preservation inside you who knows you need to make some changes with respect to your drinking. But, I also inherit another client, which is that part of you who wants nothing to do with this sober vacation jazz, and who wants to keep drinking, and will tell you this was all an unnecessary overreaction.

On the days that voice is louder, you may be tempted to message me saying this was a mistake and you want to quit and get a refund. If you do, who should I listen to? The sincere voice inside you who signed up and wants something better, or the voice of self-sabotage who wants you to quit and go back to the broken zone?

I am letting you know in advance, I am going to honor the first voice. And hopefully you will be glad I did in the long run.

My goal is to impart the tools and insights needed in order for you to successfully navigate the way forward 100% on your own after our 100-day journey together. With that said, ongoing support options will be available if you don't feel ready to go it alone just yet.
