Take a well deserved vacation

So many break from drinking efforts just don't sound very appealing, like "Dry January" for example, or similar "NO DRINKING" challenges.

Words like "Dry" or "NO" or "Challenge" make the process seem arduous and downright unpleasant. Though well-intentioned, the purveyors of these endeavors don't realize that 90% of your struggles with alcohol are psychological (i.e., beliefs-based). So if you believe taking a 30-day (or longer) break from alcohol will be hard and make you feel deprived...well guess what? It will be hard and you will feel deprived!

But what if you instead viewed it as a blissful vacation? A welcome sabbatical from every single one of the unpleasant downsides that inevitably result when you over-consume booze?

I'm not saying this will make the process all sunshine and rainbows. You'll want to go into it eyes wide open, and armed with a sound game-plan (hint, hint...to be found within the pages of this guide).

But by recalibrating your mental expectations up front, you can chalk up an early win on the mindset front. And trust me, early wins are your friend!

If you’ve tried taking breaks from drinking, only to get derailed before reaching the 30-day mark, rest assured you are not alone. In fact, you’re in great company. And I wrote Take a Sober Vacation! specifically for you.

It took me many attempts to reach 30 consecutive days. And even after once making it to 62 days, I slipped back into old patterns and found myself struggling again repeatedly just to make it past two weeks. I know exactly how frustrating and humbling that cycle can feel.

This is why I wrote the Take a Sober Vacation! guide, to share the most effective mindset shifts, practical hacks and simple but powerful strategies that finally helped me cross that threshold and gain real sober momentum.

Inside, you’ll find a clear, encouraging roadmap to help you navigate your first month alcohol-free, and if you so choose, the same habits and concepts will allow you to remain on Sober Vacation for as long as you desire.

I began my Sober Vacation in 2020, and have chosen to remain on vacation because I just feel so much better!

Best for you if: You'd like to step away from your drinking habit for 30 days or more (even if you've tried before) and see how you feel.

BONUS: You'll also receive a copy of the very same daily checklist I used to track progress and stay focused on the goal.

P.S. - No part of this guide was written by AI. It contains only my words, thoughts and insights as a real human who wrestled with this issue for many years personally, and now work with others to tackle this challenge in their own lives.
